THIS WEEK’S CANBERRA WEEKLY REVIEWS
This week’s column was a Mother’s Day Special with 5 good books for mothers. The Woman In Darkness was my favourite – a really good crime novel, which was reviewed here previously. Beyond The Outback was also very interesting.
I’ve read ‘The Land Girls’ and I’ll look out for ‘The Woman in Darkness’. I enjoy reading your reviews, even if I’m unlikely to live long enough to read all of the books recommended 😉
Lol I know the feeling. A few years I brutally cleaned out hundreds of books off my tbr pile that I had accumulated over many years in my garage! But despite my best intentions that pile has grown again and now fills several shelves (double packed). Could be worse problems 🙂
I’ve just taken four boxes out to Lifeline (a drop in the ocean…)
